How to use Flob

Step 1

A user opens the app

The sender enters their package destination into the “Where to?” box; sets package size, price, and estimated dropoff time; waits for delivery offer.
Step 2

The sender is matched with a carrier

As soon as a carrier sees and chooses to accept the sender’s shipping request, users are able to contact. They confirm the pickup location and time.
Step 3

The carrier picks up the package

The carrier and the sender may verify each other’s IDs. The the carrier can check the content of the shipment and must take a photo confirming the pick-up. The sender shares the delivery confirmation code with the recipient.
Step 4

The carrier delivers the package

To confirm delivery the carrier must enter confirmation code and takes a photo of the package.
Step 5

The sender and carrier leave ratings and reviews

At the end of each delivery, senders and carriers can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars.
